We have a 15-day return policy so we can resolve any issues with our supply partners quickly, as soon as they come up. This means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return, exchange and/or full refund. To start a return, please contact us at email@example.com.
We partner with fantastic suppliers around the country and they, like us, want you to be happy with your purchase. If your item is defective or damaged, or if you've received the wrong item, please snap some pictures of the issue so we can share it with them and make things right by replacing the item or issuing you a refund (your preference!)
Return Shipping and/or Donations
To reduce our carbon footprint, we limit returning goods to us whenever possible. It lowers your need to box things up, head to the post office, and ship it out and helps us all manage our sustainability.
If your pictures can help us resolve an order issue, in lieu of shipping it to us or our production partner, you may be asked to simply donate the item or recycle the item if its not functional. If this is an option with your return, we'll let you know.
If the items is fine but you've just changed your mind or the fit isn't what you expected, to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
